Has Justin the Clown's Vox markets gone bust yet? Annual results suggest its only a matter of time

A reader takes me to task for failing to comment on the annual report of Vox Markets, the company that takes payments from shite companies to pump their worthless shares, often using the services of Justin the Clown. The annual report covers an extended 16 month period to 31 December 2022 and came out on September 26. I can but apologise for not picking up on this earlier.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: getting my head around Atlantic Lithium, placing ahoy for sure but what of the £234m valuation?

I start remembering a career moment of shame involving Colin Bird and that brings me to Xtract Resources (XTR) where for all Bird’s dissembling surely a placing is underway? I look at the joke company eEnergy (EAAS) and the disgraceful antics of Justin the Clown.  I cover nanosynth (NNN) which I expect to go bust by New Year’s Day and Argo Blockchain (ARB) which I think is already bust. I explain how it can avoid paying its bills for a while.  Then I look at “wonder stock” Atlantic Lithium (ALL), its £1 billion NPV and how robust that is, its management, the various red flags and the inevitability of a near term placing. There are bull points here as well as bear.

Justin the Clown’s misleading ramp of a dog where he is already well underwater – eEnergy (looks a great short)

Back in June of this year Justin the Clown told his followers, both of them, that he had filled his boots with eEnergy (EAAS) saying “My new investment that fits ALL my filters”. I am sure that is true, the shares were then c9p. They closed Friday at 6p before the company issued dismal results at 5.40 PM, nobody is watching O’clock. So yes, eEnergy does fit the classic Clown filters. But it gets worse.

Justin the Clown no longer a director at Vox Markets – you alright, hun?

The last two filings at ailing Vox Markets, the company paid by others to ramp their shares, make for interesting reading. Before Christmas, we saw revised accounts for the year to August 31 2020, showing negative net tangible assets of c. £450,000 and negative net current assets of £581,000, up by nearly 50% on the year.  So, having corrected all the errors in its first filed accounts, Vox looked bust. I can’t wait for the 2021 accounts.  It gets worse.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Is Joe Biden going to screw Bitcoin and is Biome Justin the Clown's new disaster

I start with Bitcoin and sleepy Joe Biden’s new legislation, the Infrastructure Bill. Then it is Versarien (VRS), Biome (BIOM) and finally more on Union Jack (UJO), before I discuss Peter Brailey’s big oil call and what that means for gold stocks and how I might adjust my SIPP.

Vox Markets and the Companies House Filings - Has Justin the Clown been rumbled?

As you may recall, the business model of Vox Markets is that companies pay £15,000 a year to get interviewed by Justin the Clown who then asks the CEO whether he prefers Hob Nobs or Jaffa Cakes and whether his schlonger is ginormous or merely massive. The sort of AIM and Standard Listed companies that sign up, hope that such interviews can move the share price so allowing the next bailout placing. Maybe those companies have finally worked out that nobody takes the Clown seriuously and this business model is finally being rumbled. I see interesting filings at Companies House.

Letter to AIM Regulation – Lying by Remote Monitored Systems & SP Angel of the fraud MySquar infamy

The number of lies told by this company is so great that I have almost lost count. But then Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) is listed on the AIM Sewer where rule 67 states “Any company can lie to investors via RNS or in podcasts with Justin the Clown or that imbecile Zak Mir and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation will do absolutely nothing about it.” Okay I made that bit up. And so, with no great hope of it doing anything about quite blatant RNS lying, I have written to AIM Regulation about Remote Monitored Systems and its Nomad and broker SP Angel asking for an investigation into a new £1.5 million lie that emerged yesterday. The letter is below:

The Reverse Midas touch of Justin the Clown – Vox Markets accounts out

It looks as if Richard “nobody likes me and I don’t care” Jennings had a narrow escape not merging his Align Research company with Vox Markets as its accounts are now out and they are shockingly bad. But when 50% of the board is comprised of Justin “the Clown” Waite, is it any great surprise?

Siri: Show me an interviewer who makes Justin the Clown seem like Jeremy Paxman – ref Scotgold & Katie Pilbeam

Companies like Scotgold (SGZ)) pay Proactive to record soft interviews and so anyone engaged in this process is part of a bent and corrupt bastard child of journalism. This is PR dressed up as reporting. I have seen some rotten Proactive blow-offs in my time but today’s effort from Katie Pilbeam on Scotgold is the worst ever. She makes Justin the Clown look lke Jeremy Paxman in his prime. Watch and cringe. It is so bad it is actually truly enjoyable, you really will laugh out loud.

Lying’ James Draper on cracking form as the very bad news from Bidstack buried at the bottom

How on earth is Lyin’ James Draper still in charge of Bidstack (BIDS)?  Dumping shares at almost four times the current price after lying to investors on a Justin the Clown podcast and while sitting on a lack of profits warning, issuing misleading RNS statements that had to be corrected and missing every financial target going is a piss poor CV even by the low standards of the AIM sewer. The man is a disgrace and is not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. So to calendar 2020 results out today and the looming cash crisis.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Don't do your Leni-maths on the Covid testing stocks but other folks will!

I start with a reference to the covid testing stocks and the £8 billion Government tender I revealed earlier HERE. When will Supply@ME Capital collapse? A bear writes

I see that Supply@MECapital’s (SYME) multi-shamed boss, Alessandro Zamboni, has done yet another soft interview with the Sith Lord Zak Mir. Repeated interviews with a man who makes Justin the Clown look like Jeremy Paxman are a strong red flag. You can’t deliver operationally so try to get the ramping away with a man who won’t ask awkward questions. Then there are two reports I have had that the Vox markets IPO has been pulled, I wonder if Justin the Clown will mention this in his podcast or will he be too busy blowing off Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) whose abject results I discuss. I look at Mercia Asset Managenment (MERC) and the comments of Roger Lawson of ShareSoc and his fave Chronic Investor hack, explianing where they are both going so badly wrong. BOMBSHELL: Versarien is its US oil graphene order a total spoof? A hard look at the maths – what it won’t tell you

Yesterday, shares in Versarien (VRS) raced ahead by 10% as it announced an order with an (un-named, natch) US oil and has explorer for 12 kg of its high purity graphene nano platelets (GNP-HP) integrated into a polymer masterbatch by Neill Rickett’s great Britiosh Company. But the RNS did not spell out the value. And doing his, almost, weekly ramp on Justin the Clown’s promotional limp dick podcast he again refused to say. So here is some hard maths: I suggest this order may be a spoof.

Neil Ricketts of Versarien in twitter and share price meltdown

As you know, since Versarien (VRS) supplies the Israeli Defence Forces and thus helps protect the only democracy in the Middle East, it can do no wrong in my eyes. Thus I note, with some concern, the increasingly odd reaction of boss Neil Ricketts as the shares continue to slide.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Justin you really are a total clown, why do you want to own shares in a company that misleads?

Justin the Clown was one of the victims of Andalas Energy (ADL) during its first -99% stint although in an amazing podcast today, 25 minutes of bollocks in,  he appears to say that last time around he was selling shares while telling folks that he'd be "homeless if they don't go up". But now the fool is buying again! In an email just now he says that if a company releases results on August 31 it only comments on events up to the period end (June 30) - he refers to statements made by Atlantic Petroleum. Does Vox markets realise that the Clown is so ignorant of how the stockmarket works? All is discussed in today's podcast. Let's hope AIM Regulation lance this horrible boil (Andalas not Justin) tomorrow.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Justin the Clown who proves he cannot count to ten live on air interviews a shameless John Meyer of SP Angel

This may be the main bearcast or it may be a bonus. It all depends on how I feel and daughter Olaf feels after I pick her up at 4.30 AM Athens time in the Greek capital. In this I look at Falanx (FLX), the red flag of a rapid change in advisers ref Halosource (HALO) but also in more general terms and then at a shameless performance by John Meyer of SP Angel as he is interviewed by Justin the Clown over Bluejay (JAY). Meyer is at best an idiot, at worst he is covering up for what appears to be market abuse by his employer in relation to Bluejay shares. I will not let this one go. A Letter to AIM Regulation: Is SP Angel fit and proper to act as a Nomad (and should the FCA investigate it as well)

Enough is enough. Yesterday John Meyer, a senior manager and large shareholder in SP Angel went onto Justin the Clown’s podcast to ramp corporate stocks such as Blue Jay Mining (JAY) without declaring an interest – his employer earns vast fees from Blue Jay as its Nomad and broker. But this is the least of SP Angel’s crimes and I wonder if its conduct over Blue Jay and MySquar (MYSQ) is, if not blatant market abuse, simply bringing the AIM Casino into disrepute. I have written to Marcus Stuttard, the head of AIM Regulation, demanding an immediate investigation into whether SP Angel should retain its Nomad license.

Cloudtag - the press is part of the problem of AIM Corruption, not the solution

The Mail on Sunday is such a truly vile publication that as a service to this website, I read it so that you do not have to, just in case it contains anything of interest. This week amid the usual nonsense about how immigrants give you cancer and a scoop about loathsome crook Keith Vaz MP playing away from his Mrs with a couple of Polish rentboys, the paper covers ramp de jour Cloudtag (CTAG). Needless to say the coverage is shocking.

The weekly small cap round up is penned by Ian Lyall of Proactive Investors, a company which earns its money taking money from small caps to help them ramp their shares. As such this column does not go big on investigative fraud busting or hard hitting analysis. It mght as well be written by Justin the Clown or Zak Mir so packed is it with sacharine piffle.

AIM Rule breaker Dave Whitby of worthless crock of Turkish, Andalas Energy (ADL) is now officially on a ramptastic rampage as he works out how to get a bailout placing away before the New Year in order to stave off bankruptcy in the early part of 2017. Surely it is only a matter of time before he does another interview with Justin the Clown and gets the full ramping crew from Vox Markets and Big Gob's Momentous Events into action. After all, folks are only 90% down from buying into the ramp last time. What could possibly go wrong?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Riling fraudsters and their advisors, yes you Stewart Dickson of African Potash infamy

A rushed day, back to hospital in five minutes. Ahead I discuss why mug punters and Justin the Clown love blue sky rubbish like Cloudtag (CTAG) but not value plays. I discuss three value plays I know well two of which we own: San Leon (SLE), Obtala (OBT) and Guscio (GUSC). Boring is sexy. Then I look at a non value stock mugs like, North River Resources (NRRP). Then I discuss how one plays the game: fraud hunter vs fraudsters and yes that might involve producing mugs!

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: Justin the Clown & Cloudtag: Manna for Morons

Sheep shagging buffoon Justin the Clown is unrepentant after the Andalas debacle and yesterday transmitted a podcast with the CEO of Cloudtag (CTAG) which is the Bulletin Board Moron ramp de jour. In this podcast I tear into the Clown but also into Cloudtag explaining all the reasons why it is a sell and flagging up the issues the Clown would not tackle as he sucked up to another CEO on the ramp and his moronic audience.

Andalas Shares slipping ...the Countdown to the next bailout pacing is underway

The last placing from Andalas Energy (ADL) was in April at 0.2p. As those punters who paid up to 1.3p suckered in by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby, disgraced ramper Big Gob, ooops sorry Big Gib, and Justin the Clown screamed in agony they must have thought things could get no worse. Au contraire...

Tom Winnifrith Photo Bearcast - some porn from the Hovel in Greece today for Paul Roberts, Justin the Clown & other Welsh listeners

Finally, the grass cutters have arrived at the Greek Hovel and I have a couple of pictures to delight Paul Roberts of Stockomendation, Justin the Clown and other Welsh listeners. Then I move onto why I am bearish about shares, it's about earnings but also debt.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest sponsored by Ben Turney & Zak Mir

The Dave Whitby fan club (life presidents Ben flip flop" Turney, Justin the Clown, Doc Holiday and Zak "Judas" Mir) are delighted to be sponsoring this week's Bulletin Board Moron contest in honour of events at Andalas Energy (ADL) which are generating some cracking comments on the LSE Asylum and elsewhere as well as on twitter. Of course you can nominate a post on any subject or company and African Potash (AFPO) clearly has a shareholder list made up of complete imbeciles. The deadline is midnight Sunday May 1st. Or as they say in Greece: Easter Day.

Andalas & the Clown: Don't mess with Major Tom..Ive heard a rumour, oh no don't say its true: 0.2p placing ahoy!

Oh dear it seems as if the Andalas (ADL) Placing is not going to have Justin the Clown singing joyfully in the valleys. It is very bad news for Justin the clown, the top podcaster in the homeless Welsh Community, but I've heard a rumour from ground control, Oh no, don't say its true. As ever the late David Bowie is just so prophetic.

Andalas Energy: Where's the RNS? Justin the Clown now homeless thanks to rule breaker Whitby

Anadalas Energy (ADL), the much ramped piece of Turkish, once called CEB Resources, and run by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby had until close of play on 22 April to publish a re-admission document or it should - if anyone gave a FF about the rules these days - have been booted off the AIM casino. It is now 25th April. There has been no RNS. So...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 8 December - InternetQ, battle underway, LGO a RNS that says desperate

In today's podcast I update you all on the olive harvest - I managed four hours in the fields today despite still being in real pain. But not as much as LGO Energy (LGO) - its RNS today smells of desperation. For strategic review read "the game is up" and that also applies to Kolar Gold (KGLD). I comment on Avanti Communications (AVN) where the share price crumble is accelerating - remember debt is crack cocaine for management but for shareholders it is bad for your wealth. I comment on Silver Falcon (SILF) and tick off the grossly irresponsible, Justin the Clown of ADVFN and also on Defenx (DFX), rapidly becoming an IPO omnishambles. Then onto InternetQ (INTQ) where it is now "game on" but I end with Antrim Energy (AEY) where a concert party of Brokerman Dan, market abuser Chris OIl and ADVFN (AFN) head honcho Clem Chambers have just taken a 3% stake. Warning: this podcast contains bad language.

Not Jeremy Paxman interviews the self-proclaimed Britain’s Buffett – kiss of death portfolio

Following on from his disasters at Sefton Resources (SER) – suspended – MX Oil (MXO) – halved mummy’s cash and Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) another 50% hit,  what other shares have the kiss of death blessing of market abuser Chris Oil, the man who says he is Britain’s Buffett. I bring you a video of him being interviewed by a hapless Sith Lord, Zak Mir. Sometimes the Sith Lord makes even Justin the Clown over at ADVFN seem probing.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast Special: Dave Whitby of CEB Resources should be sacked and prosecuted TODAY

Shares in CEB Resources (CEB) are suspended on AIM ahead of an announcement on Monday. That is because its CEO Dave Whitby revealed a stack of price sensitive data including news that an RTO was planned in a podcast on ADVFN with Justin the Clown Yesterday. Flip Flop Ben Turney is so busy blowing smoke up the arse of Whitby that he may wish to ignore this. Whitby has broken insider dealing laws and a stack of AIM Rules. He should be sacked at once, barred from AIM and prosecuted. If you want to clean up AIM you deal with those who break the laws. Whitby has broken the laws. The Sheriff of AIM is getting a noose ready...
